MusclePham is expanding their FitMiss brand with an all-new branch chain amino acid supplement called FitMiss BCAA.

Considering the importance of BCAA’s when it comes to muscle growth and recovery, I’m actually surprised this wasn’t one of the first supplements introduced in the line.

3:1:2 BCAA Ratio

FitMiss BCAA Ingredients
Muscle Pharm has a patented 3:1:2 ratio of leucine, isoleucine and valine. Leucine is one of the most important amino acids. By helping to trigger the mTOR pathway, it boosts muscle growth, recovery, and protein synthesis.

What’s more, branch chain amino acids have the ability to boost growth hormone and improve metabolism.

Taste, Flavor, and Availability

The one thing FitMiss BCAA has going for it is the taste ─ both blue raspberry and strawberry margarita are extremely tasty. Right now it is only available at the official FitMiss website and costs $21.99 for a 30 serving container.

Should You Buy FitMiss BCAA?

Ultimately, FitMiss is a disasppointing supplement. It’s just a watered down version of Musclepharm’s BCAA 3:1:2. They literally just cut dosage in half and are selling it for more money.
