Universal Nutrition Animal Mass is created quite a bit of hype among the bodybuilding and fitness community.

Universal Nutrition has plans to release Animal Mass very soon. Although there isn’t much information available on the product just yet, we’ve compiled everything there is to know already so you can get the inside scoop.

What Will Be Inside Animal Mass?

Universal Nutrition Animal Mass is a weight gainer supplement, formulated to help people get sufficient calories, carbohydrates, proteins to increase strength, muscle, and mass building when coupled with exercise.

Because carbohydrates are the body’s main source of fuel, it makes sense that a weight gainer would be packed with carbohydrates to help keep workout intensity at an all-time high. I’ve seen mass gainers provide anywhere from 200-240 g of carbohydrates per serving. Whether Universal Nutrition Mass Gainer will provide a similar amount, I’m not exactly sure, but I would assume it would be similar to this.

Additionally, each serving of mass and weight gainers usually provide a substantial amount of calories –anywhere from 1,000 to 1,300.

Lastly, mass gainers generally provide quite a bit more protein per serving than your average protein powder. I wouldn’t be surprised if Universal Nutrition Animal Mass packs around 50 g of whey protein concentrate per serving. Whey protein concentrate is one of the most popular whey protein forms, and this is because it is both effective and affordable for companies to formulate and utilize.

However, whey concentrate does come with some baggage. For those that don’t tolerate dairy very well, whey protein concentrate still retains trace amounts of lactose and cholesterol.

Whether Animal Mass will actually be formulated completely of whey protein concentrate, I’m not entirely sure. Though, I wouldn’t be surprised if the protein blend was a majority of whey protein concentrate, perhaps with some smaller, different protein forms.

Flavors and Availability

From a teaser image I know that Universal Nutrition Animal Mass will come in at least a Cookies & Cream flavor. I’m not sure if more flavors will be announced upon its release. We’ll have to wait and see.

I also heard that Animal Mass will be coming out VERY soon. So, keep your eyes peeled. When Universal Nutrition Animal Mass is released, I will be giving this a full review so you can see its strong and weak points –if there be any!
