There’s nothing worse than following a diet or reduced calorie meal plan and constantly feeling hangry.
In and of itself the formula for losing weight is simple ─ calories in equals calories out, burn more calories than you consume.

But since exercise revs up the body’s metabolism, it can be easy to overeat. The new Hydroxycut Appetite Control, however, is seeking to provide some power over hunger.

All About The “Green Gold”

An interesting new ingredient popping up in Hydroxycut Appetite Control is called Appehtyl, a patented form of thylakoids.

An extract harvested from spinach components, thylakoids are well-researched and shown to have the ability to lower appetite, delay absorption of fats, and reduce blood sugar levels.[1]

Green Coffee Bean Extract

Green coffee bean extract has quickly become one of the most popular ingredients for weight loss thanks to its active compound chlorogenic acid. Research supports chlorogenic acid as an effective ingredient for helping to reduce body fat, body weight, and fight obesity.[2]

Fiber For Fullness

The first ingredient on the label is kelp fiber, and when it comes to satiety and fullness, fiber is a formidable asset. Fiber doesn’t provide any calories, and can help stabilize blood sugar levels and delay gastric emptying for greater fullness.

Does Hydroxycut Appetite Control Work For Weight Loss?

Hydroxycut Appetite Control
It’s hard to say whether there’s sufficient green coffee bean extract in here to effectively impact weight loss, but I did feel like Hydroxycut Appetite Control suppressed my appetite. It took me an extra 15-20 minutes to finish my meals and I was definitely full afterwards.

So even though Hydroxycut Appetite Control probably won’t influence weight loss directly, it can help you eat less, curb cravings, and create a caloric deficit which does lead to weight loss.

Taste, Price, and Availability

Hydroxycut Appetite Control is available either online or in stores, and costs about $20 for 14 stick packs. The only flavor I’ve tried is Mixed Berry, and It does taste really goods, especially with some ice and cold water.

Although it can be used anytime, I liked using it in the afternoon to give me something sweet to sip on and help curb my afternoon snack cravings at work.

Hydroxycut Appetite Control comes pretty much as advertised. It helps you feel full and suppresses appetite. What’s more, it comes in convenient to carry stick packs that can provide a nice afternoon treat at work or any place else.
