FitStrong Supplements released a fat burner, appropriately named Burn.

FitStrong Burn is a capsulated supplement designed to aid in weight management, increase fat loss, and amplify energy.

It’s easy to take the manufacturer’s word for it, however. I looked closer at FitStrong to see if it indeed has an ingredient formula that will take your weight-loss efforts through the roof or if it’s forgettable.

Ingredients

FitStrong Burn features all of its ingredients in a 627 mg FitStrong Burn Blend. Here’s a closer look at some main components of Burn:

Garcinia Cambogia starts the proprietary blend out. This ingredient is often used by people trying to cut weight in an effort to rev up fat burn.

FitStrong Burn features a trademarked ingredient, Infinergy Di-Caffeine Malate. This form of caffeine is used to boost metabolism and also lend a little bit of energy.

Another key fat-burning ingredient in FitStrong Burn’s ingredient profile is Green Coffee Bean Extract. This extract is used for its catechin content, a key component of green coffee bean studied for its ability to improve weight reduction. [1]

Uva Ursi is used to combat and reduce swelling and inflammation.

The last ingredient in FitStrong Burn is Yohimbe Extract, a stimulant used by athletes to bolster weight loss.

Overall, Burn’s ingredient profile looks impressive. The only downside is that I am not sure how much of each ingredient is included in Burn. This may mean some ingredients are underdosed.

How to Use FitStrong Burn

You should use FitStrong Burn in conjunction with exercise and a healthy diet. You can take 1-2 capsules after breakfast. The manufacturer indicates that you shouldn’t exceed more than 2 capsules in a 24-houer period.

Although I was only able to try FitStrong Burn for a couple days, which isn’t enough time to give the ingredients time to build up and improve weight loss, I did notice some energy improvements shortly after supplementing with 2 capsules per day. The energy was good, and I didn’t notice a crash after, which may be attributed to the inclusion of vitamin B12.

I suggest starting with 1 capsule to assess your tolerance, especially since we don’t know how much caffeine is in FitStrong Burn.

If you happen to not respond well to caffeine and other stimulants, like yohimbe, you may want to avoid using FitStrong Burn altogether.

Pricing and Final Thoughts

This is a decent fat-burning supplement, and its ingredients are promising. One bottle retails for approximately $55 and provides 60 servings. Depending on use, one bottle will last you anywhere from 1-2 months.

Overall, the price doesn’t seem too expensive, especially if you find that you get great results from taking only 1 capsule per day. The only major downside is that you may be paying for underdosed ingredients. Then again, maybe you aren’t, it’s really impossible to tell.
