True Grit Test Booster is a supplement formulated to support healthy testosterone production and help balance estradiol levels.

Retailing for $30 for 60 servings, Test Booster is a exclusive. I took a closer look at everything there is to know about True Grit Test Booster to see if is an effective testosterone support supplement.

True Grit Test Booster is formulated with several ingredients, all of which display their ingredient amounts. Here’s a closer look at some key components of True Grit Test Booster:

Zinc is almost a standard of testosterone-boosting supplements. It is used to combat zinc-deficiencies which may result in sub-par testosterone levels. [1]

Test Booster features fenugreek extract, an ingredient supplemented with to bolster natural testosterone.  One study reveals that supplementing with a fenugreek extract increased both testosterone and bioavailable testosterone. [2]

One ingredient that may throw you off is the inclusion of broccoli, scientifically referred to as brassica oleracea. Broccoli supplies diindolylmethane, which has been studied for its ability to block estrogen’s effects. [3]

Ashwagandha extract  is used to improve sperm count, concentration, and volume, as well as support natural testosterone production. [4]

The formula looks pretty effective. As far as side effects go, I don’t think people will experience anything major.  You can start out with a smaller dose to assess tolerance and see how you respond to the ingredients. Overall, I don’t think you have anything to worry about.

How to Use True Grit Test Booster

You can take 2 tables two times a day. The company recommends supplementing with the first 2 tablets in the morning and the second 2 tablets either mid-afternoon or about 30 minutes before a workout.

I don’t think supplementing with True Grit Test Booster 20-30 minutes before a workout will make any difference in the beginning. The biggest component of any testosterone-boosting supplement is time. You’ve got to be consistent with use and supplement with it sometimes for an extended period of time before you start to notice effects.

Final Thoughts

True Grit Test Booster features several clinically-studied testosterone boosting ingredients as well as a couple shown to attenuate estrogen’s effects.

Considering Test Booster’s retail price, servings per container, and formula, I think it is definitely something to look into if you are on the look for a way to optimize natural testosterone production. It may not work for everyone, as is the case with most supplements, but you’ll never know unless you try.
