If you don’t take care of your joints you’re going to end up feeling worse than John Hurt looks in the movie Snowpiercer. As far back as I can remember, I’ve always supplemented with some kind of joint formula, or just opted for taking single ingredients like MSM or glucosamine.

Recently I had the chance to try out Synerjoint from Cellusyn, which promises to help reduce inflammation and discomfort, rebuild cartilage and connective tissue, and reduce joint stiffness for better flexibility.

To answer all your questions about whether Synerjoint works, here’s my complete review.

The Usual Suspects

There’s a good chance you’re already familiar with most of the ingredients in Synerjoint. For example, ingredients like MSM, glucosamine, and white willow bark are so well-researched and popular, it would be strange to see a joint supplement that didn’t have them.

But just in case you haven’t heard of these ingredients, or just need a quick reminder, here’s a basic overview of how each helps with joint health:

MSM- MSM is a type of sulfur which supports joint health by maintaining the structural integrity of connective tissue. What’s more, research shows supplementing with MSM can help improve exercise recovery.[1]

Glucosamine- Glucosamine is a compound naturally found in the body which is used in the construction of cartilage, and helps cushion joints.

Additionally, glucosamine helps prevent and maintain collagen degradation. [2]

White Willow Bark- White willow bark works a pain reliever and anti-inflammatory. One study showed white willow bark worked as an effective analgesic for osteoarthritis. [3]

A Couple More Ingredients For Cushion

One of the more unique ingredients you’ll find in Synerjoint is hyaluronic acid, a connective tissue compound which enhances synovial joint fluid production, and helps provide joint cushioning.

To further reduce inflammation, decrease pain, and increase range of motion, Synerjoint also has boswellia serrata.

Does Synerjoint Eliminate Joint Pain?

One of the easiest ways for me to tell whether a joint supplement is working for me is on arm day. Any time I do skull-crushers or an overhead type of tricep movement, I immediately feel my elbows flair up.

While Synerjoint didn’t completely eliminate my elbow pain, it definitely reduced it, and I certainly felt like it was effective for me.

Should You Buy Synerjoint?

I would absolutely recommend Synerjoint if you’re looking to prevent or reduce joint pain. As I mentioned above, Synerjoint alleviated elbow pain for me on arm day, so I’m certainly a fan.

Not only does Synerjoint have some well researched ingredients, but it also has a 90-day money back guarantee.
