Creatine CONQR is the flagship creatine supplement from RIVALUS, one of the fastest growing supplement companies out there. They are hitting the supplement industry hard with some pretty amazing supplements. They are committed “to assist professional and Olympic athletes reach new levels in training and performance, while supporting young athletes in their quest to become great.” [1]

What is Creatine CONQR?

I know, the name kinda gives it away. Creatine CONQR is…. creatine! Creatine is one of the most popular and effective supplements for building muscle, speed and strength. Creatine also improves endurance which will help you blast through your training sessions.

Creatine CONQR contains a blend of Creatine Monohydrate, Ornithine Alpha Ketoglutarate, N-Acetyl Cysteine, Querciten and Ribose. CONQR, see it? It’s actually pretty creative. Anyways, lets take a closer look at these ingredients and see how the benefit the transport of creatine to your muscles.

Creatine CONQR Ingredients

C – CREATINE MONOHYDRATE

Creatine monohydrate promotes muscular strength, size, and endurance. It can help enhance muscular energy, delay fatigue, and promote growth. It is easily one of the most popular supplements in the past 20 years, and a staple in everyone’s supplement plan.

O – ORNITHINE ALPHA KETOGLUTARATE (OKG)

Ornithine and alpha-ketoglutarate (OKG) provide a readily available source of glutamine in the body. OKG increases the amount of glutamine in the muscle and also helps reduce the occurrence of muscle catabolism and decrease muscular fatigue.

N-ACETYL CYSTEINE (NAC)

NAC is essential in the formation of glutathione, as it directly impacts our ability to synthesize the proteins we ingest.

Q – QUERCETIN

Quercetin is naturally occurring in foods such as black and green teas. Research shows that Quercetin has numerous other health benefits including positive effects on exercise endurance and general health and well being which makes it a great addition to Creatine CONQR.

R – RIBOSE

D-Ribose is a five carbon sugar that acts as a source of cellular energy for the synthesis of ATP. Creatine and Ribose have been suggested to support healthy blood flow and mental acuity, while Creatine supports muscular endurance and strength especially during periods of intense exercise and training.

Creatine is an ATP initiator. Ribose is an ATP sustainer. Supplementation with both of these natural ingredients may dramatically improve athletic performance and endurance.

Rivalus Creatine CONQR Serving Size and Flavors

Rivalus Creatine CONQR hasn’t been released yet to retail stores, but I was able to get a little information about the initial flavoring options and servings sizes. Initially, Rivalus Creatine CONQR will come in 2 flavors – Berry Blast and Citrus Storm. Each container will contain about 45 5 gram servings. Dr. Darren Burke (PhD) recommends 1 scoop with 8 ounces of water 30-60 minutes before INTENSE exercise. I am assuming that CONQR will sell in the $45 price range.

If my assumption is right then each serving of Creatine CONQR will cost about $1.00, which is a really good value considering there are some creatine supplements, like BaddAss Drive which is just pure creatine monohydrate and costs around $1.35 per serving.

Rivalus Creatine CONQR – Final Thoughts

Rivalus Creatine CONQR has tons of benefits. Not only is it free of banned substances, it has been specifically designed for professional and aspiring athletes. It contains a unique blend of fatigue fighting, muscle building, creatine shuttling ingredients that take normal creatine supplementation to the next level.
