Cellucor G4 C4 50x will not come in a 30-serving option, as well as the already released 45-serving container. Let’s take a closer look at Cellucor G4 C4 50x to see if it is an effective pre-workout supplement.

The Ingredients

Cellucor G4 C4 50x will provide beta alanine. This ingredient is used to improve time to exhaustion and help you get more reps during your workout for additional muscle growth.

Another key ingredient in Cellucor G4 C4 50x’s profile is creatine nitrate. Creatine is one of the most popular ingredient in sports supplements, and this is due to the conclusive, supportive research showing that this ingredient helps enhance energy output by aiding in ATP resynthesis.

Cellucor G4 C4 50x also provides a pump ingredient, arginine AKG. This ingredient converts to nitric oxide to expand blood vessels for better blood flow to the muscles.

The last ingredient in Cellucor G4 C4 50x’s formula is C4 50x Explosion Blend, featuring ingredients like caffeine anhydrous and velvet beanThese ingredients are used to improve energy output, mental focus, and also subjective well being.

Overall, the ingredients are impressive and should definitely help give you an edge on your workouts.

How You Should Use Cellucor C4 50x

Cellucor G4 C4 50x should be used as a pre-workout, in conjunction with exercise. It provides ingredients that will help amp up your energy and help you make the most of your workout.

You should start by taking 1 scoop about 10-15 minutes before working out on an empty stomach. If you do eat a lot right before you take this pre-workout, it will delay the effects quite a bit.

Once you have assessed tolerance, you can improve the dose amount to 2 scoops if necessary. However, don’t exceed more than 2 scoops of Cellucor G4 C4 50x in a 24-hour period. This supplement contains beta alanine, which is notorious for causing a tingling sensation. Consequently, you may feel some tingling, but this will go away as you start to work out.

I took one and a half scoops of the icy blue razz about 15 minutes before my workout. I definitely felt the tingles associated with beta alanine, but I don’t necessarily mind them. They quickly went away as soon as I started to lift.

I felt a nice subtle boost of energy and a pump while working out, especially because I train for a pump, doing higher reps and slightly lower weight.

Tasty And Mixability

The Icy Blue Razz flavor was delicious. I mixed my scoops in about 8 ounces of water because I did more than a scoop. It mixed well in my shaker bottle.

The flavor was pretty strong and sweet. It was a good refreshing flavor. It was reminiscent of some other blue raspberry-flavored supplements I’ve tried in the past. It wasn’t an entirely unique flavor, but good nonetheless.

Final Thoughts

Overall, Cellucor G4 C4 50x is a good pre-workout supplement. The soon-to-be 30-serving option will be especially nice for those that don’t want to commit to one flavor for an extended period of time.

If you want a nice little boost of energy, focus, and pump, I’d definitely recommend looking into Cellucor G4 C4 50x.
