When I am dieting I CRAVE carbs in the form of bread and baked goods (especially brownies and cookies). In order to satisfy my intense cravings, I dinked around trying to perfect a really good high-protein banana bread recipe. Here is what I think is the BEST recipe:

Protein Banana Bread Ingredients

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. While your oven is heating up, blend the following ingredients:

  • 3 Medium Bananas – ripe and all mushed up
  • 1/4 cup of Coconut Flour
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 1/2 Cup Dymatize Iso-100 Banana Flavored Protein
  • 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup Fat Free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 10 drops of Vanilla Flavored Stevia


Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray and pour batter into the pan. Cook on 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
