If you’ll pardon the cliché, it’s been said that a picture is worth a thousand words. If that’s the case, then this picture speaks volumes about the benefits of increasing your testosterone levels.

One of the newest testosterone boosters to hit the market is Testosyn from XPI. Much like its predecessors, Testosyn promises increased strength, libido, better lean muscle growth, and virility.

In the never-ending quest for more gains, I put Testosyn to the proverbial test. Here’s everything you need to know about it.

Transparent Ingredients

Testosyn
It’s always refreshing to glance at the back of a supplement label and see specific ingredient dosages listed.

In addition to exact ingredient amounts, Testosyn does have some pretty well-known and researched natural testosterone boosting ingredients:

Tribulus Terrestris- Tribulus contains active compounds known as saponins, which stimulate the pituitary gland to release extra luteinzing hormone. When the body senses this additional release of luteinzing hormone, it increases natural testosterone production.[1]

Fenugreek- Fenugreek has been shown in studies to boost testosterone levels and increase metabolism. Similar to Tribulus, Fenugreek also stimulates the pituitary gland to release more luteinizing hormone (LH) and increase testosterone production in the body.[2]

D-Aspartic Acid- D-aspartic acid is one of the most popular natural testosterone boosting ingredients. One study showed that subjects supplementing with 3 g of d-aspartic acid a day for 3 weeks increased their testosterone levels by 40%.[3]

What I Noticed From Taking Testosyn

It took a few days before I really felt anything working, but after a few days I did notice an increase in my sex drive and some extra strength in the gym. I train 6 days a week and only take 1 rest day which as you know can be pretty harsh on the central nervous system

I like having a natural testosterone booster to ensure optimal testosterone production, and I definitely felt like I got that from Testosyn. I think the maca and horny goat weed are likely the reason for that. Both play an important role in enhancing sexual function and increasing libido.[4],[5]

In addition to a proper diet and training, making sure your body produces the highest amounts of testosterone possible will make a big difference in both your muscle growth and recovery.

How I Took Testosyn

How you take a supplement can make a difference so just to let you know I took 6 capsules which is two servings, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

The directions say to take one serving in the morning and one in the evening, but it was easiest for me to just take them all at once.

A Formidable Test Booster

Testosyn Reviews
Testosyn is a great test booster if you’re trying to bulk up, or even if you’re cutting down and want to hold on to as much muscle as possible.

It has well researched testosterone boosting ingredients like d-aspartic acid and fenugreek in effective dosages.
