USPlabs is getting back to basics with their new Modern Creatine. Featuring just creatine and betaine, this looks like it’s going to be a pretty versatile supplement.

Improving Performance

Modern Creatine
Creatine and betaine are two of the most popular ingredients right now for building muscle and improving performance.

As far as the type of creatine, USPlabs has opted to go with create anhydrous. This is a form of creatine monohydrate that has the water molecule removed, and provides more creatine per serving.

What’s more, research shows that betaine can also play a significant role in increasing power and improving overall body composition.

In a six week long placebo-controlled study, subjects took 1.25 g of betaine twice a day, for a total of 2.5 g. At the end of the study, subjects experienced an increase in power, muscle mass, and reduced body fat.[1]

When Will Modern Creatine Be Available

Just like their other new product launches, it looks like USPlabs will be releasing Modern Creatine to their newsletter subscribers, known as their “inner circle” first. Be sure to check back soon for a complete review as soon as it launches.
