There’s no shortage of supplement companies hyping up their products and promising that they’re going to “change the game.” However, the new thermogenic TheaTrim from Purus Labs might actually be able to make good on that promise.

Recently launched from Purus Labs, Theatrim has some promising ingredients.

The Terrific New TeaCrine

TheaTrim has gained a lot of buzz thanks to TeaCrine, a new patented source of the compound theacrine. Derived from either Chinese camellia kucha tea or the Brazilian cupuaçu plant, theacrine is a central nervous system stimulant with several benefits.

Currently christened the “caffeine killer,” research shows theacrine has the ability to increase energy without the dependency which accompanies caffeine consumption.

Animals in the theacreine study had a consistent 167% increase in their activity levels throughout 7 days of experimentation. This means that unlike caffeine, you don’t need to keep upping the dosage of theacrine to experience the same benefits you received from the initial dose.[1]

What’s more, theacrine has the ability to act as anti-inflammatory, analgesic (pain reliever), and combat depression. [2]

Beyond Theacrine

In addition to theacrine, here’s a breakdown of the other ingredient s you’re going to find in here:

SAMe: This is a compound which research suggests can help with depression and treat other psychiatric illnesses. It can also potentially act as an anti-inflammatory and pain-reliever.
Citrus Bioflavanoid Complex: Antioxidant which protects cells and boosts optimal weight loss by reducing oxidative damage.

White Willow Bark Extract: White willow bark is commonly used to treat osteoarthritis, headahces, and low back pain.

Rauwolfia Vomitoria: Rauwolfia has an analgesic effect, helping to decrease and alleviate pain.

You’re also going to get 150 mg of caffeine per serving in here.

Clean Energy

They put plenty of vitamin B12 in TheaTrim, which helps prevent you from crashing. Everyone has their own personal preference when it comes to fat burners, but I liked the fact that I wasn’t completely cracked out or jittery using TheaTrim.

It only has 150 mg of caffeine per serving and it gave me some nice clean energy. I was a little disappointed that I didn’t get the warm, thermogenic effect from this that I look forward to from a fat burner, but I did like the clean energy I got.

Price and Availability

TheaTrim is only available at a handful of online retailers. A 30 day supply is about $35 right now, which puts this at just a little above a dollar per serving.

Final Thoughts on TheaTrim

Ultimately, TheaTrim is an affordable fat burner that’s going to give you clean energy without causing a crash afterwards. It doesn’t produce the warm thermogenic effect that you get from a lot of other fat burners which have ingredients like synephrine, but it does promote a sense of well-being.
