Prime Nutrition Backdraft XP

Backdraft XP by Prime Nutrition is a fat-burning supplement designed to improve weight-loss and boost energy levels. The energy-improving aspect in Backdraft XP is very common to many other weight-loss supplements because energy levels can drop while trying to diet and workout for optimal results.

I was able to get my hands on some Backdraft XP to see if this supplement is effective and worth checking out.

Ingredients

Backdraft XP provides 90 capsules (30 servings) per bottle and retails for about $35. Backdraft XP doesn’t use any proprietary blends, which means we can see all the ingredients and their specific amounts. Here’s a look at some of the ingredients:

Acetyl-L-Carnatine HCL (1 g) is used to attenuate the effects of aging and also improve the mitochondria’s ability to burn fat while improving energy. [1]

Caffeine Anhydrous (250 mg) is a ubiquitous stimulant amongst fat-burning supplements. It is used to enhance energy and speed up your metabolism.

Theobromine (150 mg) is an ingredient that shares a similar structure to caffeine. Consequently, it is believed to offer similar effects as caffeine. However, some medical research indicates that theobromine doesn’t influence vigilance and mood. [2]

Capsicum 35,000 SHU (20 mg) is taken to improve circulation and bolster blood flow. Bodybuilders use blood-flow increasing ingredients to enhance muscle pumps.

How To Use Prime Nutrition BackDraft XP

One bottle of Backdraft XP provides 30 servings, and each serving consists of 3 capsules. A bottle of Nutrition Backdraft XP will run you about $35.

The best way to use Backdraft XP is to take 3 capsules with 8 oz. of water either in the morning on an empty stomach or before cardio.

You may want to assess tolerance by taking a smaller dose if you are sensitive to caffeine, as each serving does provide 250 mg.

I got to try Prime Nutrition Backdraft XP a couple times. I did notice a little boost in energy. I didn’t notice any jittery feelings that are often associated with caffeine use.

Coupled with exercise and a healthy diet, Prime Nutrition Backdraft XP should be able to offer a boost to your weight-loss goals, depending on how you respond to the ingredients.

Final Thoughts

Overall, Prime Nutrition Backdraft XP is a decent fat-burning supplement. It’s got a good list of ingredients, and for those that like a transparent ingredient label, you’ll be satisfied.

The important thing to remember is that you need to be consistent with use and implement some cardio/weightlifting and a smart diet to see the results you want.
