Contrary to what some might believe, you don’t build muscle in the gym. Seasoned exercise veterans understand is that muscle is forged in the furnace of recovery. Hence the importance of supplements like GNC’S Beyond Raw RE-FEED.

Sleep to Grow

The majority of your growth hormone is released at night, which is why it’s so crucial to get a good night’s rest. While your asleep a cascade of hormones work to repair muscle tissue and keep you healthy, something that’s sorely needed after a grueling workout.

To promote muscle relaxation and healthy natural sleep, RE-FEED has both your valerian root and l-theanine. As someone who has trouble falling asleep because of racing thoughts at night, these are some of my favorite ingredients to help me get a good night’s rest.

Muscle Recovery System

Each servings has 25 grams of protein that primarily comes from micellar casein. This is a type of protein that has a sort of drip effect, and slowly releases amino acids into the bloodstream over time. This will feed muscles with amino acids and keep the body anabolic while you sleep.

What’s more, RE-FEED also contains the well-known recovery agent glutamine. Glutamine is an amino acid which reduces muscle soreness and accelerates recovery. What’s more, glutamine plays an important role in keeping your immune system healthy.

Nighttime Snack

I bought the chocolate brownie flavor of RE-FEED, and it ended up being something that I looked forward to before going to bed. I loved the flavor and it helped curb my late night appetite.

One of my favorite things to do with this was mix it with some Greek yogurt. Keep in mind that this is a casein protein, so it will be a little bit thicker. Make sure to add a little more yogurt, milk, water, or whatever else you’re mixing it with.

If purchasing online, expect to pay anywhere between $45-55.

The More You Know The More You Grow

When it comes to building muscle, it’s virtually impossible to overemphasize the importance of rest and recovery. To help get some extra protein at night and induce relaxation and recovery, I would definitely recommend taking RE-FEED

The is RE-FEED is awful, it raises your cholesterol levels and causes spikes in your sugar levels, if you have sensitivity to milk, well be warty unless you like diarrhea.
Not to mention the stress on your heart. Its too bad that guys are consumed with bigger is better, bigger is just freakish.

RE-FEED isn’t going to raise your cholesterol levels or cause spikes in your sugar levels. The 25 g of protein completely changes the glycemic impact (makes it much lower), and there is only 1 g of saturated fat.
