Muscle Elements LeanWorks is formulated to improve energy expenditure and thermogenesis to increase overall weight loss and fat burn.

The supplement community has been raving about these capsules, so I decided to get a bottle and check it out.

What’s Under the Cap?

A quick glance at the ingredient label reveals there are a bunch of ingredients, all included within several blends. I’m not going to run down each ingredient. I am, however, going to point out some important ingredients in Muscle Elements LeanWorks formula so you can better understand how it works and why it’s effective.

Starting us out is Green Coffee, which is standardized for 50% chlorogenic acid. Chlorogenic acid has been used to improve total weight loss, which makes sense as to why it’s in here. It is complimented with L-carnitine L-tartrate, another ingredient that improves lean mass while decreasing fat mass.

Another key fat-loss ingredient is irvingia gabonensis, which has been shown to reduce fat cell growth and enhance their breakdown. [1]

Dandelion Extract, which is also found in some other Muscle Element products, is used to increase urination, helping eliminate excess water weight to bring out definition.

Better known as white kidney bean extract, phaseolus vulgaris is used to optimize weight-loss through several methods. First, it is supplemented with to decrease postprandial increases of glucose in the blood and insulin, ultimately decreasing the amount of sugars stored away in the body, which can have big effects on weight gain. [2] Secondly, it has been shown to reduce body weight by potentially inhibiting an enzyme that digests carbohydrates. [3]

The ingredients in Muscle Elements LeanWorks are great. The research behind them is comforting. Consequently, if you are looking to shed some pounds, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product.

How Do You Use Muscle Elements LeanWorks?

Muscle Elements Lean Works are encapsulated. For maximum results, take 3 capsules 30 minutes before breakfast, and another 3 capsules 30 minutes before dinner.

However, LeanWorks has some powerful ingredients in it; I recommend starting out with 1 serving (3 caps) before breakfast and assessing tolerance.

I took 2 servings of Muscle Elements each day for a week in conjunction with regular exercise and a healthy diet. I noticed some initial weight loss; however, more than just weight loss, which takes time and persistent supplementation paired with working out and healthy eating, I noticed some good energy throughout the day. That’s a big thing for me, as I never felt fatigued or groggy. I had the energy I needed to get work done and be on a calorie defecit.

Final Thoughts

Muscle Elements LeanWorks is a good supplement. First and foremost, its ingredient profile is awesome. It carefully formulated with a bunch of effective ingredients. Second, each bottle provides 30 servings and retails for an affordable price. Depending on where you decide to purchase LeanWorks, you can get a bottle for about $35.

I would definitely recommend Muscle Elements LeanWorks to anyone looking to lose weight safely and quick. If you decide to try out Muscle Elements LeanWorks, let me know about your experience by leaving a comment below!
