Banana Bread Protein Pancakes

Take 1 Small Banana and mash that sucker up. In a blender mix in 3 egg whites, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 1/4 cup oatmeal, 5 drops of liquid stevia sweetener (I like the coconut flavor), and last but not least, add in one scoop of ProSupps T-CF Isolate (Vanilla), or the vanilla protein of your choice.

Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes

When I am in Contest Prep mode, peanut butter is my crack. For some reason I can’t get enough of it. This Peanut Butter Protein Pancake recipe really helps me get my peanut butter fix!

Combine 1 scoop of AllMax IsoFlex Peanut Butter Chocolate protein powder, 4 egg whites, 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter (I like Jif Crunchy) and ΒΌ cup of unsweetened almond milk. Mix all of the ingredients in a blender until a thick batter is formed. Pour it onto your griddle get ready to enjoy some peanut butter pancake goodness!

Healthy Protein Pancakes

Nothing fancy in this recipe! It’s just a healthier take on some delicious pancakes. In your blender, mix 4 egg whites, 2 scoops of your favorite vanilla protein, 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese or greek yogurt, 1/4 cup oats, 2 tablespoons of coconut flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

Heat up your griddle, cook ’em on both sides and go to town!
